HOW TO ORDER

Know exactly what you're getting before you pay

We want to make the ordering process as simple as possible whilst ensuring you're totally happy with everything in your order before you make payment.

Our website is fully transparent with garment prices as well as embellishment costs (so there will be no nasty surprises or hidden fees) meaning you can browse knowing exactly what will work for your budget.

When it comes to garment embellishment the most important thing to us is making sure the end product is exactly what you're expecting from your branded items, therefore we send you visuals based on your requirements and your logo for you to approve before you make any payment.

For this reason we process our orders via a quoting system.

How it works...

Browse our product listings and choose which items you would like to order. Add your chosen colours, sizes and quantities as you normally would to an online basket and the items will drop into a quote form. You can view and amend your choices via the View Quote button at any time.

Once you're happy with your selection, click View Quote and you'll to taken to the final stage of the form, where you'll need to add your details; choose your embellishment type and positioning; as well as upload your logo. Don't forget to add any additional information the the text box if you have any specific or special requirements. If you're unsure about embellishment, just leave us a note in this box and we'll be happy to advise. Then simply click Request Quote to submit your request.

We'll take this information and build your visuals of how the garments will look with your embellishment, then send this via the email your provided. At this point we'll also send the final garment, embellishment and delivery costs. We'll get the visuals sent to you within two working days of receiving your quote request. If you're happy with everything, simply make the payment and we'll do the rest.

Items will be dispatched within 7-10 working days from receiving your approval and payment.
