SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items which are ordered without garment embellishment will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Orders are dispatched via courier with 48-hour delivery service and you will receive an email to let you know your order has been despatched. It is rare that an order doesn’t turn up, but this may happen occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances. If this does happen, please see the carrier's website for more information and support.

Garment embellishment leadtimes

If you are choosing a garment embellishment service, please allow 7-10 working days from your approval and payment for your order to be dispatched. When we receive your initial quote request, we will email you visuals of the garments with your logo placement for approval. We will not commence the order or the embellishment until your approval and payment is received, therefore this may have an impact dispatch times.
